Even after putting fans, and doing everything that they could, the umpires have pointed out their issues near the bowling run-up. They have also confirmed that if there is no more bowled today, the match will remain a 50-over game. 

 

However, if the game starts at 09:00 pm IST, the match will become 34 overs per side. It will remain the same if rain comes back after the match has started by 09:00 pm IST. 

 

So say, rain comes in at 32 overs for India being bowled. The match would stop. And if possible, a minimum of 20-over per side game will be played tonight. If not, the match would remain 34 overs per side and start at 03:00 pm IST tomorrow, September 11, 2023.
