Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) continued to be at the top of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 points table after the conclusion of the Gujarat Titans (GT) vs Punjab Kings (PBKS) match on April 4 (Thursday). KKR are followed by Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK). PBKS jumped to fifth spot on IPL 2024 team rankings after two uncapped players - Ashutosh Sharma and Shashank Singh - pummelled Punjab to three wickets win while chasing 200 runs.
Gujarat Titans (GT) slipped to sixth spot on IPL 2024 leaderboard. Chennai could move to the top of the points table if they beat Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 5.

KKR have six points in three games while RR also have six points in two matches. But becuse of a better net run rate, KKR remain at the top. Chennai are at the third spot with four points in three games. Delhi are languishing at the bottom half of the points table with just one win in four matches.
