Bangalore found an unlikely hero in Asha Sobhana as they beat the UP Warriorz by just two runs, defending a total of 157. Sabbhineni Meghana and Richa Ghos were the stars with the bat for the home side as skipper Smriti Mandha and big name Ellyse Perry failed to live up to the billing. 

 

Sobhana took a five-wicket haul as Renuka Singh Thakur bowled economically at the top as well.
