Fire in adjacent building of Alliance Air office at Delhi airport; no casualties: Airline
Alliance Air on Tuesday said there was a fire in a building adjacent to its office at Terminal 1 of the Delhi airport.
No one was injured in the fire incident that was reported to the fire department at around 6.29 am and eight vehicles were pressed into service to douse the fire.
"There was a partial fire in the adjacent building of Alliance Air in the early morning hours. The fire was contained immediately," Alliance Air said in a statement.
The airline also said that fortunately, there were no casualties.
Officials of the fire department said no one was injured in the fire incident.

Central government working on action plans for 20 agri products to boost exports: Commerce official
The Centre is preparing action plans for as many as 20 agricultural products including banana, mangoes, potato and baby corn with a view to further boost export of these commodities, a senior official said on Tuesday. The action for each of these products is likely to be ready in the next 3-4 months, Additional Secretary in the Department of Commerce Rajesh Agarwal said. "We have identified 20 products. The Centre has not discussed anything over the relocation of Chakma and Hajong refugess in Assam, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma claimed today.
His statement comes following Union minister Kiren Rijiju's remarks that there has been talks to relocate these refugees from Arunachal Pradesh to Assam after the implementation of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA). "I don't know what Rijiju has said, but the government of India has not discussed these matters with us. Rijiju might have perhaps said something in view of the political situation in Arunachal Pradesh," Sarma told reporters.
