		The Centre&#39;s pollution control panel on Thursday issued directions to ban non-essential construction work in Delhi-NCR and the entry of diesel-guzzling trucks into the capital as the air quality in the city entered the &#39;severe&#39; category. This action comes as part of Stage III of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) -- the Centre&#39;s air pollution control plan that is implemented in the region during the winter season. Delhi&#39;s Air Quality Index (AQI) stood at 402 at 5 pm.</div>

		Bharatiya Janata Party Delhi protested against the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal at Rajghat after the CM decided to skip today&#39;s summons from the Enforcement Directorate. The agency had summoned Kejriwal in connection with the alleged Delhi Liquor scam case. Delhi BJP President Virendra Sachdeva, Leader of the opposition Delhi Legislative Assembly and BJP leader Ramvir Singh Bidhuri and other leaders were present during the protest.</p>

	Six months after he was questioned for nearly nine hours by the CBI in the alleged excise policy scam, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is scheduled to appear before the Enforcement Directorate in a related case on Thursday.</p>

	The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) remained tight-lipped about whether the chief minister will appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) or not. Former deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia was arrested by the CBI in the case in February this year. The ED arrested Sisodia in a money laundering case stemming from the CBI FIR on March 9 after questioning him in Tihar jail.</p>
