A Delhi court on Wednesday had extended the judicial custody of Kejriwal till September 25 in the case corruption case related to the alleged excise scam, being probed by the CBI. The court mandated that charges be filed for multiple offenses, including unlawful assembly, rioting, inciting hostility between different groups, unlawful entry into a dwelling, and theft. Tytler today pleaded not guilty to charges relating to the killing of three men outside Delhi's Pul Bangash gurdwara during the anti-Sikh riots of 1984.
