Lok Sabha elections: 11 seats in Maharashtra to vote on May 13 in 4th phase

Polling will be held on Monday for the fourth phase of Lok Sabha polls to 11 constituencies in Maharashtra where Union minister Raosaheb Danve, BJP leader Pankaja Munde and actor-turned-politician Amol Kolhe are among the prominent candidates.

More than 22.8 million voters are eligible to exercise their franchise to seal the fate of 298 candidates in the fourth phase of elections in the state.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Sunday targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying while the BJP has been "counting the notes" it got from "tempo wale billionaires", his party will conduct a caste census to ensure equality.

Fire broke out at a shop in Delhi's Kinari bazaar, no reports of casualty

A fire broke out at a shop in Kinari Bazaar near north Delhi's Jama Masjid area on Sunday, Delhi Fire Services officials said.

"We received a call regarding the fire at 1.08 pm. Four fire tenders were pressed into service," an official said and added that there are no reports of casualty. The official said that they are sending two more fire tenders to the spot. "We have informed the local police about the matter for further investigation," the official said.
