JEE-Advanced results announced, Ved Lahoti from IIT Delhi zone bags top rank

The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE)-Advanced results were announced Sunday morning, with Ved Lahoti from the IIT Delhi zone securing the top rank with 355 out of 360 marks. According to IIT Madras, which conducted the exam this year, Dwija Dharmeshkumar Patel from the IIT Bombay zone is the top female candidate, scoring 332 marks and ranking 7th overall. The highest number of qualified candidates are from the IIT Madras zone, followed by the IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay zones. Among the top 500 candidates, 145 are from the IIT Madras zone, 136 from the IIT Bombay zone, and 122 from the IIT Delhi zone. Additionally, seven foreign candidates and 179 Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) have qualified for the exam.

Ahead of swearing-in, roads near Rashtrapati Bhawan to remain closed between 2-11 pm today

In light of PM Modi's swearing-in ceremony this evening, the Delhi Traffic Police has issued special arrangements and an advisory on road diversions and restrictions around Rashtrapati Bhawan. According to the advisory issued on Sunday morning, no traffic will be allowed on Sansad Marg (between Transport Bhawan and T-point Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Marg), North Avenue Road, South Avenue Road, Kushak Road, Rajaji Marg, Krishna Menon Marg, Talkatora Road, and Pt.
