As per the Companys Code of prevention of Isider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations2015 the trading window for dealing in shares of Company will be closed for all designated employees and Directors of the Company and their relative w.e.f 06.03.2025 shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the completion of Board meeting on 08.03.2025.
