This is to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 20th January 2025 has inter-alia considered and approved the following items: a. Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company together with Segment wise Revenue Results Segment wise Assets and Liabilities for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 duly recommended by the Audit Committee in compliance with the requirements of Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) a copy of the same along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors; andb. Appointment of M/s. DMK Associates Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.
