Dear SirWe wish to inform you that pursuant to the order of Honble NCLT Mumbai Bench dated 7th February 2025 the monitoring Committee in accordance with the approved Resolution Plan has fixed Friday 28th February 2025 as the RECORD DATE for the purpose of 1) Cancellation and Extinguishment of all presently outstanding paid-up equity shares. 2) Issuance of equity shares to the existing shareholders and Successful Resolution Applicant (Promoter) as per approved plan.
