The Company had conducted the Board Meeting on 14th November 2024 to approve the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024. There was a medical emergency and because of that the Compliance Officer of the Company wasnt available for a few days which resulted in delay in submission of financial results.
