The Company along with other fellow shareholders in TGPEL Precision Engineering Limited (TGPEL) have co-signed a Share Purchase Agreement dated 10th December 2024 with SPR Engenious Limited a wholly owned subsidiary company of Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited for sale of its 30% stake in TGPEL.
