Pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure practices the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the designated persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company from December 24 2024 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31 2024.
