Bajaj Steel Inds Announcement

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company i.e. Bajaj Steel Industries Limited has successfully commenced the commercial operation of its new plant situated at Plot No. F-16 MIDC Industrial Area Hingna Nagpur-440016 for the Pre-Engineered/Pre-Fabricated Steel Buildings (Infrastructure Division) w.e.f. November 27 2024 with the Annual Installed Capacity of about 25000 MT. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Companys website at https://bajajngp.com/.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform that the Company Bajaj Steel Industries Limited has received an export order worth INR 24 crores for design manufacturing supply supervision of installation and commissioning of Electrical Panel Fire Fighting and HVAC Products to be delivered over a period of 1 year.The detailed disclosure of order is given in the enclosed intimation.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the Result/Investor Presentation on the Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 please find enclosed the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024 together with limited review report thereon.

With reference to above subject the Stock exchange is being informed that the Board of Directors of Bajaj Steel Industries Limited Nagpur at the Board Meeting held today i.e. November 13 2024 have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon.Further the Board has took the note of confirmation of allotment of 15600000 fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio 3 :1 i.e. three ( 3 ) new equity shares for every one (1) share held by the shareholders having a face value of Rs.5/- each whose names appeared in the Register of Members and list of beneficial owners as on November 12 2024 beingthe record date fixed by the Company.
