Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company i.e. Bajaj Steel Industries Limited has successfully commenced the commercial operation of its new plant situated at Plot No. F-16 MIDC Industrial Area Hingna Nagpur-440016 for the Pre-Engineered/Pre-Fabricated Steel Buildings (Infrastructure Division) w.e.f. November 27 2024 with the Annual Installed Capacity of about 25000 MT. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Companys website at https://bajajngp.com/.
