With reference to SEBI Circular No.SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 102021 (updated as on April 132022) with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities we hereby confirm that the Company does not meet the criteria of being identified as a Large Corporate as per the applicability framework provided in the aforesaid circular and therefore the said circular is not applicable to the Company for the time being in force
