Pursuant to Clause A(1) of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 the (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 it is being disclosed that the Board of Directors in its meeting no 4/2024-25 held on 12th day of November 2024 have resolved that the company will invest in a Proposed subsidiary company that is to he Incorporated shortly. The planned business of this company will be the food laboratory testing domain. The board believes that this venture is promising considering the future growth prospects corporatization and consolidation in the organized food industry in India.
