In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. 30th January 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. A copy of the results and Limited Review Reports thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith.
