Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 4,14,730 equity shares under ESOS on 13 September 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 26,04,64,22,740 (i.e. 2,60,46,42,274 equity shares of face value ₹10/- each) to Rs 26,05,05,70,040 (i.e. 2,60,50,57,004 equity shares of face value ₹10/- each).
