Among the other constituents of the index, Macrotech Developers Ltd increased 2.43% and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd added 1.58% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went up 119.61 % over last one year compared to the 25.03% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
