This is to inform you that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from 1st October 2024 in terms of provisio of SEBI (Prohinition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives. The trading window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2024.
