Exit Letter of Offer to the remaining public shareholders (Residual Public Shareholders) of Claris Lifesciences Limited (Company) for the acquisition of 2288697 (Twenty Two Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety Seven) fully paid up Equity Shares (representing 4.19% of the paid up share capital of the Company) held by the Residual Public Shareholders of the Company pursuant to Regulation 21 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2009 as amended from time to time (the Delisting Regulations).
