Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) 2015 we would like to inform you that the Resolution Professional upon approval of COC on 5th March 2024 voting results declared on 15th March 2024 has appointed M/s J Madan & Associates as Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter ended 30.09.2023 31.12.2023 and 31.03.2024.
