This is further to our disclosures made on 23rd July 2024 24th July 2024 and 15th August 2024. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has made investment in Craftsman Germany GmbH (German Holdco) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and the German Holdco has made investment in Craftsman Fronberg Guss GmbH (German Sub).
