Approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2023. 2. Approved the appointment of the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2023-24. 3. approved the appointment of Internal Auditor of the Company for the F.Y. 2023-24 . 4 5 & 6 Agendas as mentioned in the outcome of Board meeting approved subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company. 7. The Board took a note of Demise of Mr. Harishkumar Joshi Independent Director of the Company.
