Approved and took on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year endedon 30th September 20242. Limited Review Reports (Standalone basis) for the half year ended 30 September 2024;The board meeting commenced at 6.00 P.M. and concluded at 8.35 P.M.You are requested to kindly take the same on record.

Dhyaani Tradeventtures Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September 2024.2. To consider and transact any other businesses; placed before the board with the permission of the Chairman.

We hereby submit the certificate received from M/s Kfin Technologies Limited RTA relating to Rematerialisation /Dematerialisation of Shares during the quarter ended 30th September 2024.

We hereby inform that the company has received trading approval on 1st October 2024 Tuesday for the said issue of 12768000 Equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each on right basis at an issue price of Rs. 23/- per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 13/- per equity share).Therefore we hereby submit the trading approval E-letter.
