Pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended and code of conduct to regulate monitor and reporting trading by insiders of Duro Pack Limited the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 01 2025 till 48 hours after the end of Board Meeting wherein Inter alia the approval of un-audited Financial result for the quarter ended on December 31 2024 would be considered and approved.Accordingly all the Designated person and their immediate relatives are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading windows.
