Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended the Board at its meeting held today i.e. December 08 2024 has inter-alia considered and approved subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory/ statutory authorities and the members of the Company the issuance of 128447034 (Twelve Crore Eighty Four Lakh Forty Seven Thousand Thirty Four) fully paid-up equity shares of the face value of INR 1 (Indian Rupee One Only) each of the Company to the proposed allottees on a preferential basis.
