Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Board of Directors of Everest Buildpro Private Limited (EBPL) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company accorded in-principle of CAPEX of Rs. 138 crores to set up a new Fibre Cement Boards plant at Matia Goalpara Assam with a capacity of 72000 MTPA.The information as required under Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 is enclosed in the Annexure below.Further we are pleased to inform that on February 25 2025 Everest Buildpro Private Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Assam for investment of Rs. 138 crores to set up a new Fibre Cement Boards plant at Matia Goalpara Assam.
