Further to our intimation dated January 18 2024 about the disruption of operation at the companys plant situated at plot no W-124-A Khervai MIDC Badlapur (E) Maharashtra we would like to inform you that the Company shall resume its manufacturing operations from November 28 2024 and is actively working on fully restoring all other plant activities to normalcy. Additionally we have received an on-account partial claim amount from our insurance company and the claim process as per the completion stage of unit W-124-A is currently in progress.
