The Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 16 2025 has:i) based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee considered and approved the Introduction of Galaxy Surfactants Limited - Performance Stock Option Plan - 2025 (PSOP - 2025) and related matters which will be subject to approval by the shareholders;ii) approved formation of new overseas WOS/step down subsidiary.
