Please note that the Shares / Warrants Allotment Committee at its Meeting held today i.e. November 28 2024 allotted 119000 Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants to Non-Promoter.This is to further inform that with the above allotment of Shares all the Warrants holders holding an aggregate of 1562500 Warrants have opted to convert the Warrants into Equity Shares and the entire Preferential Allotment made by the Company in June 2024 is completed
