As per clause 4(2) of the schedule B of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of un-published price sensitive information the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from start of business hours of 1st October 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 for all designated persons their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the said code.
