Pursuant to Reg 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are enclosing herewith Certificate issued by RCMC Share Registry Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company confirming compliance of aforesaid regulation.

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of HB Stockholdings Limited shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 01st January 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2024.

Pursuant to Reg 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Companys RTA RCMC Share Registry Private Limited we wish to bring to your kind notice that a shareholder has reported about loss of share certificate and requested the Company to issue Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu thereof.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and in continuation to earlier intimation dated 14th November 2024 we would like to inform you that the matter was listed for hearing today i.e. on 05th December 2024 before the Honble SAT Mumbai and Honble SAT was pleased to issue Notice on the appeal and directed the respondent to file their responses.The Honble SAT also fixed 12th February 2025 as the next date of hearing in the matter.
