We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting held today i.e. on Thursday November 14 2024 inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) along with therespective Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter andhalf year ended September 30 2024.The said Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) are enclosed pursuant to Regulation33 of Listing Regulations along with Limited Review reports thereon are attached.
