It has been promoted by Bijon Nag a qualified and experienced mechanical engineer. We enclose herewith a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December 2024 as received from the RTA of the Company.

In terms of SEBI(Prohibition and insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of IFB Agro Industries Ltd will be closed for all designated Persons and their immediate relative from 1st January 2025 and the same will remain close till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2024 to the Public.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR this is to inform that Mr. Rana Chatterjee aged about 64 years will retire from the Company w.e.f 22nd December 2024 as Chief Financial Officer- Alcohol (Distillery & IML) Business.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we would like to inform that the Company in its Board meeting held today i.e 11th November 2024 has approved the proposal to permanently close its Wholly Owned Subsidiary IFB Agro Marine (FZE) situated in UAE. Henceforth IFB Agro Marine (FZE) would cease to be subsidiary of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 11th November 2024 has adopted and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) alongwith Segment Revenue Results Assets and Liabilities Balance Sheet and Cash flow Statement for the Quarter and Six months ended 30th September 2024. The Auditors have issued their Reports with unmodified opinion.
