The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated November 30 2024 allotted 434815 Equity Shares to the employee of the Company on exercise of stock option under IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2018. The said equity shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares from the date of allotment.Upon allotment the equity base of the Company stands increased from 309226939 to 309661754 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each.
