Pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Directors of the Company the Finance Committee (Committee) of the Company at its meeting held on December 23 2024 has considered and approved the following:1. conversion of the existing medium term note programme into a global medium term note programme(GMTN) of the Company in accordance with Regulation S and/or Rule 144A of the U.S. Securities Act 1933as applicable and decide all matters in relation thereto; and2. subject to market conditions and regulatory compliances issuance of secured debt instruments in the form ofUS Dollar / other foreign currency denominated notes (the Notes) under the GMTN programme.
