Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for trading in equity shares of the Company will be closed from 1st January 2025 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2024(both days inclusive). The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2024 will be informed in due course.
