Please refer to the Board Meeting outcome dated 15th October 2024 wherein Board of Directors considered and approved to issuance of up to 1223500 (Twelve Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred only) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) on preferential basis (Preferential Issue) to Non-Promotor Category in accordance with the provisions of the Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 (SEBI ICDR Regulations).
