In furtherance to our intimation dated 15th October 2024 19th October 2024 and 13th November 2024 respectively regarding the approval for issue of equity shares on preferential basis we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Insolation Energy Limited (the Company) at its meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday 11th December 2024 approved the allotment of 1202300 (Twelve Lakh Two Thousand Three Hundred only) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a price of Rs. 3287/- (Three Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Seven Only) per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 3277/- (Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Seven Only) per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs. 3951960100/- (Rupees Three Hundred Ninety Five Crore Nineteen Lakhs Sixty Thousand One Hundred Only) to the non-promoter categories of persons.
