Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 read with Schedule Ill of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit the Unaudited Financial Results on Standalone and Consolidated basis along with Independent Auditors Limited Review Report for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 which have been approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 23rd January 2025.
