Objective of issue

Repayment and/or pre-payment, in full and/or part, of certain borrowings of the company and the subsidiary,HNEPL and HNIPL. Funding incremental working capital requirements of the company. Funding capital expenditure requiremnts towards expanding the existing facility at Nashik. Investment in the subsidiary< HNIPL for financing capital expenditure requirements at the existing facility at Thoothukudi. General corporate purposes.
