Initial public offer of 27,72,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10.00 each (Equity Shares) P.E. Analytics Ltd (The Company or The Issuer) at an issue price of Rs. 114 per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 31.60 crores (Public Issue). The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to 14,52,000 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 16.55 crores (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of up to 13,20,000 equity shares (Offered Shares) aggregating up to Rs. 15.05 crores, by Samir Jasuja and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholder, the Offer for Sale).This offer includes a reservation of up to 1,39,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 114 per equity share aggregating up to Rs. 1.59 crores were reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (The Market Maker Reservation Portion). The public issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 26,32,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 114 per equity share for cash, aggregating to 30.01 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Offer. public issue and net issue shall constitute 26.45% and 25.12%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.Issue Price Rs. 114 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each anchor investor issue price Rs. 114 per equity share the issue price is 11.40 times of the face value.Bids can be made for a minimum 1200 equity shares and in multiples of 1200 equity shares thereafter.
