We wish to inform you that the Company is in receipt of communication from Cintra INR Investment BV in respect of withdrawal of nomination of Mr. Jose Angel Tamariz Martel Goncer as the Non-retiring Non-Executive Director of the Company. Consequently he has ceased to be a Director and a member of all the committees of the Board of Directors of the Company.
