We enclose herewith a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated November 29 2024 along with the Statement pursuant to Section 102 of the Companies Act 2013 seeking approval of the members of the Company for appointment of Mr. Anand Sen as a Non-Executive Independent Director by way of a Special Resolution through Postal Ballot.
