In terms of the Companys Code for prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 1 2025 till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ending December 31 2024.The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated to you separately.
