We refer to our letter dated December 6 2024 informing the Stock Exchange about the dispatch of the Postal Ballot notice seeking the approval of the members of the Company through remote e-voting for appointment of Mr. Anand Sen (DIN : 00237914) as on Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company. The approval of the members of the Company was obtained through Postal Ballot and is considered to have been received on the last date specified for e-voting i.e. Tuesday January 7 2025. In this regard please find attached herewith the Voting Results as required under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 in the prescribed format and the copy of the Scrutinizers Report issued by Mr. Vijay Kumar Mishra dated January 8 2025.
