Kay Pulp and Paper Mills Limited was incorporated on the 15th May 1991 as a Private Limited Company and became Public Limited Company on 9th July 1993 promoted by Mr. Niraj Chandra a third generation entrepreneur from Chandra Family.The Company is engaged in the manufacture of MG Kraft Paper. Its plant is located at Borgaon (Satara district) Maharashtra with an annual capacity of 21000 tonnes. The Company also has a Power Plant having the generation capacity of 6 M.W. Commercial production commenced in Mar.'94. The Exchange has received the disclosure under Regulation 10(5) in respect of acquisition under Regulation 10(1)(a) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations 2011 for Deepa Agarwal

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with Regulation 3 of SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that the Company has received an information of inter-se transfer of shares (by way of gift) amongst promoter and promoter groups.The details of the same is enclosed here

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we enclosed the paper cutting of publication dated 15th November 2024 the un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 publised in daily Gramodhaar a Marathi newspaper (Regional language) where the registered office of the listed entity is situated.

Pursuant to Regulations as amended read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11 2023 we hereby informed that there was no deviation or variation in the utilisation of proceeds raised through conversion of share warrants into equity during the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 as objects stated in the Notice dated February 19 2024 calling EOGM on 18th March 2024Accordingly a NIL statement of deviation or variation for the quarter ended on September 302024 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee of the company is enclosed herewith as Annexure I

The Board at its meeting held on 13th Nov 2024 adopted un audited financial results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2024 along with limited review report under regulation 33 of the (LODR) Regulations 2015 is enclosed here for your necessary action
